Best Hyundai Pressure Washer UK (2026)

A focused shortlist based on the job, usable performance, included equipment and value—not the largest number printed on the box.

Buy the Hyundai HYW3100P2 if you have already decided on petrol. It is the current mid-range: Annovi Reverberi RSV 3G31 triplex, 213 bar, 10 L/min, £599.99. The HYW3400P at £252 is the first petrol if you will not spend that. The HYW4000P at £1,299.99 is a 60 kg yard machine, not a house upgrade.

Hyundai on this site is petrol only. We have not priced a plug-in Hyundai, so we do not invent one. If you have a tap and a 13A socket, leave this page and start on the electric guide. The type fork is petrol vs electric. Sealey, Draper and the Honda Kärcher live on the petrol page.

Prices checked August 2026. The 3400P prints the highest bar and costs the least. The useful split is the pump, how often you pull the cord, and whether you can lift 28 kg or must wheel 38 kg. Confirm the carton says HYW3100P2, not the older HYW3100P.

Hyundai HYW3100P2

  • Buy: Check latest price £599.99
  • Engine: 212cc 4-stroke, recoil, 5.25 kW, 3.6 L tank
  • Pump: AR RSV 3G31 triplex, ceramic pistons, brass head
  • Hose / weight / noise: 7.5 m, 38 kg, 108 dB at 7 m

The AR pump is why this page exists. Spend £599.99 here if the machine will come out every fortnight. Spend £252 on the 3400P if it will not. Axial boxes print a higher bar figure. A named triplex is what you still buy seals for in ten years. 10 L/min is what rinses a drive. A typical outdoor tap can feed it if the run is short and the stopcock is open. Gravity feed from a barrel is listed at 2 m. Prime on a mains tap first.

The honest trade against the cheaper Hyundai is hose and weight. The 3400P has 10 m and a 5 L detergent tank. You move 38 kg more often. Pneumatic tyres help on gravel. They do not make it a hatchback lift. Register it if you want the three-year domestic cover. Commercial is one year. Four-stroke oil in the sump, straight unleaded in the tank. Skip it if a mains K4 or K5 still reaches. Skip it if you want a Honda dealer network. That is the HD 7/15 G on the petrol page.

Hyundai HYW3400P

  • Buy: Check latest price £252 (was £279.99). Machine Direct has listed £279.99
  • Engine: 209cc 4-stroke, 4.3 kW, 3.3 L tank
  • Pump: axial, with a pressure relief valve
  • Hose / weight: 10 m, 27.5 kg
  • Extras: 5 L detergent tank, five quick-release tips (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, soap)

£252 against £599.99 is the point. Treat 234 bar as a peak on an axial pump. Rated figures, where published, sit nearer 193 bar. You get price, a longer hose and a frame one adult can load. You do not get the pump you want for weekly use. Gravity feed only works if the source sits above the pump. A barrel on the floor is not enough. Skip it if cars are the only job. Electric is quieter and cheaper to own for a Saturday wheel clean.

Hyundai HYW4000P

  • Buy: Check latest price £1,299.99 (was £899.99)
  • Engine: IC420, 420cc, 9 kW, 6.5 L tank, low-oil cut-out
  • Pump: AR RSV 4G40 triplex, thermal relief
  • Hose / weight / noise: 15 m, 60.4 kg, 111 dB at 7 m

The 15 m hose is the practical upgrade. You park once and work a long run. The catch is water. 15 L/min starves many UK garden taps on a summer evening. Starving the pump wrecks seals. If the tap is a trickle, buy the P2 or stay electric. At 60 kg you want a van or two people. 275 bar on paint is a respray. Use a 40° tip or do not point it at a family car. Most houses should stop at the P2.

When we leave Hyundai

A 13A lead that still reaches a K4 or a K5 is noise and fuel you do not need. A long drive that still has a socket is a K5 on the driveway page. Honda service and a pond draw is the HD 7/15 G, about £1,767 to £2,299, not a bigger Hyundai. Older HYW3100P and P4200PWT were sold out on Hyundai UK. Do not hunt leftovers unless the price is clearly below the P2 and parts are still listed.

Fumes mean outdoors only. Ear defenders, a text to next door, never 8am on a terrace. Setup and winter drain-down sit on how to use a pressure washer. Start on a 40° tip, a metre back, until you know the gun.

FAQ

What is the best Hyundai pressure washer in the UK right now?

The HYW3100P2, if you have already decided on petrol. AR triplex, 213 bar, 10 L/min, £599.99. If the budget is £250 to £280 and use is occasional, the HYW3400P is the honest cheaper Hyundai.

Does Hyundai make an electric pressure washer?

Not one we can price. The three current boxes here are petrol. If you have a tap and a socket, buy electric from another brand.

Can I wash a car with a Hyundai pressure washer?

Yes, carefully, on a 40° or soap nozzle, from a sensible distance. Use the 3400P or the P2. The 4000P is a tractor rinse. A mains K4 is still the better car washer. Paint settings sit on the cars page.

Do I need a tap for a Hyundai?

You need a water source. A mains tap is the reliable one. The P2 and the 4000P will gravity-feed from a raised barrel once primed (2 m draw). The 3400P needs the source above the pump. A thin tap will starve the 4000P.

Hyundai or another petrol brand?

Hyundai is the named-brand petrol we send most households to: published AR pumps on the dearer boxes, a three-year domestic warranty if you register, and street prices we can date. Other frames belong on the petrol page.
